You can help dogs rescued from dogfighting simply by purchasing one or more of the items on our needs list below. The Humane Society of the United States’ Dogfighting Rescue Coalition assists shelters and rescues nationwide that are caring for dogs saved from animal fighting. These dogs are often held in shelters while their owners await prosecution, and enrichment items like toys, chew bones, and treats will go directly to these animals so they can begin to be rehabilitated. Providing enrichment will help give these dogs a much better chance of becoming well-adjusted pets who move on to loving homes. The Dogfighting Rescue Coalition is a part of The Humane Society of the United States, the nation's largest and most effective animal protection organization.
