Please complete the following information as it is required for nonprofit status verification. Following the submission, your registration will be reviewed and approved organizations will receive an invitation to create a Needs List.

Files must be less than 100 MB.
Allowed file types: png gif jpg jpeg.
Images must be exactly 175x130 pixels.
Share with your donors how the goods on this list help your organization. 500 characters remaining

We recommend setting a date that creates a sense of urgency for your Needs List. To change or extend a list you can always email us.
